BTS Otomotiv is one of the main Control Fixture & Jigs producers at Automotive sector in Turkey.
We are happy to announce that, we are going to open our new production facility in Pitesti / Romania area at the beginning of June 2023.
The name of the new facility would be BTS EUROPE S.R.L.
The history of BTS Automotive started with 3 qualified people who have more than 15 years’ experience in production of Control Fixtures and the team has reached 40 people in 2022 @Turkey. The main customers were the producers of metal stamping and plastic parts (such as Tier 1 suppliers) in Turkey also EU.
BTS Automotive’s working principle
is to reach customers quality expectations and project lead times for all
projects. Our capacity is more than 300 CFs/year and maximum length was 3.5
meters.
Design
BTS Tooling fixtures are designed to adapt and meet a
wide variety of fixture wishes and demands.
Accurate alignment and high-precision machining are two key components in
the manufacturing of reliable checking fixtures that are made for
repeatable measurements and assessment of parts.
Project Mangement
From engineering to designing, and manufacturing to dimensional control, our talented team is committed to deliver high-performance products every day.
We always try to use standard parts on our control fixtures, in order to reduce the costs and find quickly spare parts in the market when needed.
Production
We carry out technical studies using existing or new technology to improve and change our production processes. Our combined expertise covers all aspects of management, quality and project planning, evaluation and justification, root cause analysis as well as PPAP and MSA/R&R evaluations.
Team
Our startup team has a Project Engineer and experienced Production Manager to give best services to our current and new potential customer.
